About The Position

Help shape smarter, audience-first B2B content by turning audience behavior and data into insights that guide content strategy. Research how IT and business decision makers search, talk, and engage across channels including search, social media, and online communities Identify emerging trends, keywords, and audience questions that could inform marketing content Turn data and trends into clear, practical recommendations for content planning and storytelling Support editorial and web teams with insights that inform blogs, landing pages, videos, and social content Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that highlight what's working and what's not Share data-supported insights with marketing, product, and campaign teams in a clear, easy-to-understand way Explore new analytics, SEO, and social listening tools to improve how the client gathers and uses audience intelligence 3-5 years of experience in content analytics, digital marketing, audience insights, or a related role Previous work experience analyzing and translating data and into recommendations Experience supporting content, editorial, SEO, or campaign teams with performance insights Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to partners Curious by nature and motivated to spot patterns others might miss Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, analytics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content analytics, digital marketing, audience insights, or a related role
  • Previous work experience analyzing and translating data and into recommendations
  • Experience supporting content, editorial, SEO, or campaign teams with performance insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to partners
  • Curious by nature and motivated to spot patterns others might miss
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, analytics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
