The Content Growth & SEO Specialist will support the performance and optimization of Mitratech’s content across search and website experiences. This role focuses on improving discoverability, engagement, and usability of content by aligning it with search intent, user needs, and modern AI-driven search behaviors. You will work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure content is not only high-quality—but also structured, optimized, and positioned to perform across organic search and AI-powered discovery channels. This hands-on role blends data-driven content optimization with AI-assisted drafting—moving fast with generative AI, then refining with strong editorial judgment so every output is accurate, on-brand, and written in a clear, human voice.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
  • Foundational experience with: Keyword research and on-page SEO Content optimization and search intent
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEO platforms, web analytics tools, and marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, SEMRush or similar)
  • Interest in AI-driven search, LLMs, and emerging search behaviors (AEO)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to improve content quality and structure
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable using generative AI tools in daily workflows (drafting, outlining, testing variations, summarizing), with the ability to critically edit for accuracy, tone, and a natural human voice.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or regulated industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and support mapping search intent to content opportunities
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities aligned to buyer needs and business priorities
  • Partner with Content to optimize existing and net-new content for search visibility
  • Monitor organic performance and recommend improvements based on trends and insights
  • Optimize content to align with how users search, evaluate, and consume information
  • Structure content to clearly answer user questions and intent
  • Improve readability, organization, and usability across key content assets
  • Ensure content balances search performance with clarity and credibility
  • Write and update website page copy to improve clarity, structure, and engagement
  • Optimize key pages to better align with user intent and search behavior
  • Draft, rewrite, and polish AI-assisted content (web pages, SEO refreshes, FAQs, snippets) to ensure it sounds human, reflects Mitratech’s voice, and meets editorial quality standards.
  • Support optimization of content for AI-driven discovery, including large language models (LLMs) and answer engines
  • Use tools such as Profound to evaluate how Mitratech content appears in AI-generated responses
  • Structure content to improve visibility in: AI search interfaces Answer engines and generative search results
  • Apply Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices to ensure content is clear, credible, and easily surfaced by AI systems
  • Analyze content performance across organic traffic, engagement, and conversion signals
  • Identify trends and recommend optimizations to improve performance
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Content to connect insights to future content priorities
  • Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Demand teams to support content performance
  • Ensure content is aligned with broader campaign and go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with functional teams who own landing pages to ensure consistency in messaging and optimization best practices
