The Content Director will shape the Company’s voice and storytelling across every channel. This position develops brand messaging, campaigns, and internal communications that engage audiences, attract recruits, and strengthen the Company’s culture and reputation. Ideal candidates for this position have an expertise in strategic brand messaging, experience leading major brand transformation initiatives, and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead the creation of clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Establish brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Contribute to rebrand initiatives by developing refreshed messaging frameworks and tone of voice.
  • Oversee content strategy for B2C marketing, B2B recruiting, and internal communications.
  • Drive storytelling that connects brand values to customer and employee experiences.
  • Partner with Creative, Digital, and Marketing leadership to align messaging with visual design and campaign goals.
  • Manage internal and external writers, editors, and content partners.
  • Support executive communications, public relations, and thought leadership efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of brand management, voice development, and reputation building
  • Expert ability to create and manage content across multiple formats and platforms
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Skilled in creating compelling narratives aligned with brand values and mission
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and content performance measurement
  • Knowledge of integrated communication strategies
  • Knowledge of design thinking and design elements
  • Knowledge of use of AI best practices with content creation
  • Ability to gather and interpret data to inform content and messaging strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficient with content management systems and digital publishing platforms
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in content strategy, brand communications, or marketing communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field or the equivalent years of experience and education combined.
  • Mortgage or financial services experience preferred.
