The Content Development Specialist designs and produces high‑impact enablement materials that equip TPx revenue teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to perform effectively throughout the customer lifecycle. This role creates facilitator‑ready content that translates strategy, processes, products, and sales methodologies into clear, scalable, and easy to consume assets. Working closely with Sales Enablement leaders, subject matter experts, Product, Sales Operations, and Marketing, this position builds structured deliverables such as playbooks, plays, personas, battle cards, job aids, and eLearning modules.
