About The Position

This role supports the creation of high‑quality digital learning and live production experiences for the Philips Clinical Solutions Virtual Organization. You will work across the Bothell Studio Digital Learning Lab and (periodically) the Cleveland studio to produce multimedia-rich content that improves clinician performance, enhances customer education, and accelerates product adoption. This role is ideal for emerging media professionals who want to shape the future of scalable, digital-first ultrasound education while building a global-impact portfolio.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in designing and developing multimedia content for technical or clinical audiences.
  • Your skills include translating technical or clinical topics into clear, engaging digital content, effectively having success in a fast‑paced, global environment and communicating clearly with technical and clinical partners.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator and collaborator who can influence without authority, embrace feedback, and thrive in a matrixed, global organization.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Produce multimedia‑driven digital learning experiences that support clinical, technical, and sales excellence across Philips Ultrasound.
  • Translate clinical concepts into approachable, visually compelling digital content for internal and external audiences.
  • Work closely with clinical specialists, product managers, instructional designers, and global SMEs to create ILT, VILT, recorded demos, eLearning assets, video modules, and instructional guides.
  • Support multi‑camera, green-screen, and device-integration workflows in the Bothell Digital Learning Lab, with occasional travel to assist project-based studio work in Cleveland.
  • Iterate learning content using analytics, feedback, and learner insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements that accelerate production timelines.
