About The Position

The Marketing Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing high‑quality, on‑brand marketing content across digital channels to support campaigns, product initiatives, digital events, and sales enablement. This mid‑level role is designed for an experienced content professional who brings strong writing and editing skills, sound editorial judgment, and the ability to manage content projects independently. Working closely with marketing, communications, product, and cross‑functional partners, this role plays a key part in shaping compelling stories, supporting demand and awareness initiatives, and translating complex ideas into clear, engaging content that drives impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and/or digital events.
  • Demonstrated experience producing or contributing to long‑form marketing content (e.g., white papers, e‑books, reports).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive written communication

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within editorial workflows, content calendars, or digital asset management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread a variety of marketing content including blog posts, email campaigns, social content, landing pages, and campaign copy.
  • Develop long‑form content such as white papers, e‑books, reports, and guides, ensuring clarity, narrative flow, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Apply brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines consistently across all content formats and channels.
  • Create thoughtful, platform‑appropriate social content in support of executive thought leadership, senior leadership team (SLT) visibility, and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic priorities.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and partners to refine and elevate content quality.
  • Create and manage content supporting digital events (webinars, virtual events, product launches), including promotional copy, emails, landing page content, social posts, and post‑event follow‑up materials.
  • Partner with event and campaign stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging before, during, and after events.
  • Develop post‑event content such as recaps, highlights, or gated assets to extend campaign impact.
  • Support the development of interactive product demos using Walnut, collaborating with marketing and product teams to create compelling, story‑driven demo experiences.
  • Contribute content that supports sales enablement and customer engagement, aligning messaging with buyer journeys and use cases.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram) in alignment with campaign and editorial calendars.
  • Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent, strategic publishing cadence.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement, contributing insights to optimize future content.
  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars, digital assets, and documentation to support efficient content workflows.
  • Conduct research and interviews to support storytelling, campaign development, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather inputs, source stories, and align content with organizational priorities.
