Content Creator and Media Growth Intern
About The Position
We’re a family-owned gym building something bigger than fitness. Through our T.H.R.I.V.E system, we help people take control of their physical and mental health before they ever need the medical system. This includes fitness training, body composition tracking (Styku), coaching, and building a strong local support network. We’re not just running a gym—we’re building a movement around proactive health and long-term vitality. We’re looking for a creative, action-oriented Content Creator & Growth Intern who wants real-world experience building a brand, growing a podcast, and driving membership in a live business environment. This is not a “sit behind a desk” internship. You will be working inside the gym, capturing real people, real transformations, and helping us grow both our membership base and the T.H.R.I.V.E Podcast.
Requirements
- Interest in fitness, marketing, or content creation
- Experience with Canva or similar tools
- Comfortable interacting with people
- Organized and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with editing tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Capture and create content inside the gym
- Produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, clips)
- Assist with podcast content
- Help drive gym membership growth
- Coordinate local partnerships and events
- Maintain content calendar
- Engage with members
- Track content performance
