About The Position
We’re looking for a creative, action-oriented Content Creator & Growth Intern who wants real-world experience building a brand, growing a podcast, and driving membership in a live business environment. This is not a “sit behind a desk” internship. You will be working inside the gym, capturing real people, real transformations, and helping us grow both our membership base and the T.H.R.I.V.E Podcast.
Requirements
- Interest in fitness, marketing, or content creation
- Experience with Canva or similar tools
- Comfortable interacting with people
- Organized and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with editing tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Capture and create content inside the gym
- Produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, clips)
- Assist with podcast content
- Help drive gym membership growth
- Coordinate local partnerships and events
- Maintain content calendar
- Engage with members
- Track content performance
