Requirements

• Natural storyteller with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience engagement.
• Extremely online with knowledge of trends and platform dynamics.
• Comfortable on camera for hosting videos and live content.
• Ability to move fast, test, learn, and iterate on content.
• Experience in building content and community strategies from the ground up.
• Proven track record of growing audiences and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice and face of Obvious across every platform that matters.
• Create compelling content, build a community that cares, and turn users into evangelists.
• Produce high-quality video, written, and visual content for social media, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
• Manage social presence, engage directly with the community, and build partnerships.
• Own community strategy across Discord, social channels, forums, and user gatherings.
• Field questions, spark conversations, gather feedback, and foster community engagement.
• Run day-to-day social media presence with a focus on brand moments.
• Track performance, iterate quickly, and stay ahead of platform changes.
• Identify and build relationships with creators, influencers, and partners.
