About The Position

Encord is the universal data layer for AI that helps 300+ AI teams train and run models on the right data. Our platform indexes, curates, annotates, and evaluates data across the full AI lifecycle, from development through production. Trusted by Woven by Toyota, AXA, UiPath, Zipline, and more. We're an ambitious team of 100+ working at the frontier of AI and have raised $60M in Series C funding from Wellington Management, CRV, Next47 and Y Combinator. We're searching for a Content & Community Associate to support how Physical AI teams discover and engage with the Encord platform. You’ll contribute to the content strategy, run community events, and expand top-funnel awareness with target accounts. The ideal candidate clearly understands how content engagement ties to product demand, building relevancy and awareness to encourage conversion.

Requirements

  • Hands-on and experimental. You're comfortable executing on projects end-to-end, running tests, and iterating on what the data tells you
  • A cross-function collaborator. You can work effectively with Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure content is both technically accurate and engaging
  • Technically curious. You’re able to get up to speed fast on ML/AI concepts - enough to speak the language of the audience you're reaching
  • 1+ year of experience in content, community or GTM, with concrete examples of improvements you've driven in pipeline value
  • Clear understanding of top-funnel content marketing and high-intent inbound
  • Experience with automation and AI tools, with a solid grasp of how to use LLMs and agents for marketing workflows

Nice To Haves

  • You’ve lived B2B SaaS. You’ve worked closely with sales on live deals, and know how to enable sales with the right narrative
  • experience with the AI/ML ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert target accounts with written, digital and video content
  • Use field marketing and community events to engage accounts in-person
  • Create and optimise multiple touchpoints across email, site and social channels that qualify and nurture intent with Physical AI teams
  • Develop top-funnel strategies optimised for both traditional search and LLMs
  • Build strategic relationships with partners and external communities
  • Segment, target and refine technical audiences effectively
  • Report on, analyze and distribute reports on content impact in HubSpot
