The Talent Strategies Team at BJC HealthCare provides a full range of talent acquisition and recruitment support activities for BJC HealthCare across 15 hospitals and community health locations. By acting as a strategic resource for BJC hiring leaders and building strong relationships with internal and external customers, applicants and candidates, the Talent Strategies Team consultants and advises on best practices for bringing talent into the organization, supporting candidates through the hiring process and delivering an optimal candidate experience. Role Purpose The Communications and Content Advisor will work within BJC HealthCare and BJC Career Brand standards to develop creative content that will support overall BJC Talent Strategies goals and initiatives. Serves as the subject matter expert for all creative content that supports BJC HealthCare’s recruitment marketing priorities. This position will partner closely with internal BJC HealthCare communications and marketing departments to ensure overall brand alignment.
