About The Position

The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies financial health initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers. As a Content Channel Producer Associate in Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for digitizing and adapting pillar content and new and existing long-form assets from internal Marketing and Communication stakeholders into visually compelling, platform-native static and animated formats for all audience segments. You will leverage channel insights (e.g., social, web, email, etc.) to surface format and style opportunities that drive engagement — and bring concepts to life through end-to-end graphic and motion design, from layout to agency collaboration to final delivery. By transforming new and existing long-form content into channel-ready visual assets, you will help amplify the reach of each financial health theme or campaign message. As an activation partner, you will execute against the studio's editorial strategy, ensuring every visual asset is optimized for the platform, audience, and moment.

  • 2 plus years of hands-on experience managing and designing content for a brand, with a focus on strategic adaptation for platform-specific audiences and formats
  • Demonstrated ability to distill long-form content into multiple social-native graphic and animated ideas, from concept through design to final delivery
  • Platform fluency across various digital-first channels (e.g., social, web, email, etc.), with understanding of what performs on each and why
  • Experience creating content for a financial services brand, fintech, or financial education organization, with awareness of compliance requirements
