About The Position

We are hiring an Associate Culinary Content Producer. In this role you will test and develop recipes, prepare and style food for photo and video shoots, and work collaboratively with creative teams. You have a curiosity and passion for food, home cooking, and social media trends. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and brings a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and has experience in food content creation.

Requirements

  • You have experience specifically related to home cooking
  • You have interest in being on-camera as agency talent
  • You have significant awareness of social media trends
  • You can demonstrate basic knowledge of Google Suite
  • You are able to work in-office 8am-5pm Monday through Friday when needed
  • You can safely carry up to 40 lbs
  • You have access to reliable transportation
  • You are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to adhere to tight deadlines
  • You are able to work independently and seek consultation when appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary experience, food styling experience, or producing food content is strongly preferred
  • Technical writing experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and style food for photo and video shoots in collaboration with Creative Directors
  • Pitch, develop, test, and write recipes; work closely with other Content Producers and Creative Directors to cross-test and troubleshoot recipes
  • Test recipes in advance of shoot to ensure complete understanding of recipes as needed from a technical and visual standpoint
  • Strive to understand each client’s unique business challenges
  • Work in collaboration with content planning, strategy, and visual production teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and studio
  • Wash dishes, perform minor kitchen maintenance, and stock kitchen supplies for the studio as needed
  • Prepare detailed and accurate grocery lists and purchase groceries as needed
