At Netflix, the mission is to entertain the world by pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom, and making the unimaginable a reality, merging creativity, intuition, and cutting-edge technology. The Content and Business Product Success team uniquely bridges the gap between software product development for Netflix Studio and the Studio employees & external partners who use these products. This Success Team actively engages cross-functional teams daily to drive change management, lead user education, support go-to-market launch campaigns, positively influence product adoption, and facilitate feedback loops with end-users, stakeholders, and Product teams. The main goal is to empower all users (internal & external) of Netflix technology to perform their jobs faster, easier, and smarter, while adding value to their business goals. Insights gathered from this process are shared with product teams to influence product development. The Content & Business Success Manager (SM) acts as a trusted advisor, building relationships, designing and delivering tailored learning experiences for end users, driving product adoption, and enhancing their engagement with Netflix-built applications. Responsibilities include developing user communication & education strategies and implementing blended, scalable learning solutions for Netflix-built apps. SMs cultivate relationships with specific user groups across various business functions, collect and interpret product feedback, and provide actionable insights into product reception for Product partners managing roadmaps. While the core UCAN/LATAM team is based in Los Angeles, this role demands global thinking and proactive regional collaboration to reach internal and external users worldwide. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, capable of empowering users to derive value from software, and possesses a keen understanding of complex, interconnected product workflows.
