Care to imagine what comes next with us? We can’t wait to hear from you! We are looking for a highly creative with a strong understanding of TikTok to join our team in Los Angeles. This six-month internship is designed for an ambitious, hands-on candidate who wants real responsibility and exposure within a fast-growing international fashion brand. You will work closely with the Head of Content US to support the development of short-form video platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.

Requirements

  • You live and breathe TikTok and understand Gen Z culture deeply.
  • You instinctively recognize what works on short-form platforms and why.
  • You have hands-on experience filming and editing video content.
  • You have a strong aesthetic sensibility and a genuine interest in fashion and styling.
  • You are resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented.
  • Portfolio (mandatory) showcasing short-form video work

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Adapt formats, pacing, and storytelling to platform-specific best practices.
  • Propose original, native TikTok concepts aligned with brand voice and trends.
  • Assist on shoots to capture social-first content.
  • Edit dynamic short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Support styling during shoots with a strong eye for silhouette, movement, and visual cohesion.
  • Identify what works visually on camera and contribute feedback in real time.
  • Ensure social content remains aligned with brand identity while staying culturally relevant.
  • Conduct ongoing research on TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and emerging content in the US.
  • Surface relevant opportunities that align with business priorities and campaign calendars.
  • Assist in tracking performance metrics.
  • Develop an understanding of what drives growth and engagement on short-form platforms.
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve content performance.
