Requirements

  • 3-5 years related work experience within financial industry, college degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be well organized, possess excellent telephone, computer and written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Managerial experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers and bankers.
  • Troubleshoot issues with operating systems, plugins, firewall access for customers, and resolve any issues that arise with their accounts or access.
  • Supervising Digital Support Team Members.
  • Monitor productivity of customer service representatives and generate reports.
  • Determine procedures, work schedules and workflows required to service customers.
  • Interact with product management and other departments to solve banker and customer problems in a prompt, efficient, and timely matter.
  • Provide communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures customer needs and company related issues, changes, or actions.
