We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for members and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the organization’s reputation. You will assist members with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products and services that meet their needs.

  • Serve as the first line of contact for members, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding service aligned with organizational service promises.
  • Meet established sales and service goals.
  • Explain and recommend credit union products and services.
  • Provide account information, assist with online banking registration, and guide members through digital tools.
  • Handle a variety of calls, including fraud cases, product referrals, and general inquiries.
  • Process financial transactions such as loan payments, transfers, and check withdrawals.
  • Facilitate wire transfers, payroll allocations, and provide rate information.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services (banking or insurance; not mortgage-heavy roles).
  • Comfortable with sales and upselling products/services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.
  • Stable work history (minimum 1.5 years at each position).
