Overview
Utilizing Radiology expertise provides high level coordination of patient care in the outpatient setting. Performs Intermediate and non-routine planning and scheduling of urgent and complex procedures which may require anesthesia/sedation and coordination with other modalities.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years experience Radiology Knowledge or Radiology scheduling experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years experience prior work experience in the same job may be accepted in lieu of an Associate's degree

Nice To Haves

• Radiology Knowledge or Radiology scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers and processes incoming/outgoing calls requesting an appointments for CMH Radiology. Communication is according to call quality standards, patient/parent friendly and incorporates Service Excellence behaviors.
