Responsible for performing test execution for applications including Salesforce,ServiceNow, and Amazon Connect. Testers will document test results, includinglogging defects. Your expertise in planning, constructing, and executing testscripts will be crucial in ensuring the quality of the software being tested.You will apply your business and functional knowledge, along with testingstandards and guidelines, to meet test objectives effectively. Experience intest automation, regression testing, and performance testing is a plus.Additionally, having a strong to detail, problem-solving skills, and the abilityto work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will help you succeed inthis position. Works iteratively with the business, product, and development teams throughall aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including businessrequirements, functional specifications, integration, and regression testingusing current testing methodologies and tools. Implements efficient and effective test plans for new systems, problemsand/or enhancements. Analyzes and dissects system requirements and technical specifications tocreate and execute test cases. Writes and executes test cases. Plans, documents, evaluates, and tracks testing results to ensure systemapplications are free from defects. Actively participates in walk-through, inspection, review and user groupmeetings for quality assurance. Participates in production implementation verification and is accountable forvalidating system quality. Works with project teams to establish quantitative measurementsand techniques for measuring software quality. Reviews and evaluates products and services for adherence to governmentdirectives, standards and guidelines concerning quality assurance. Responsible for entering defects into defect tracking tool. Creates and maintains automated testing scripts where applicable.
