About The Position

The Consumer Operations Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for developing the Operations Curriculum within Consumer Training to align with current Consumer key initiatives. This role will coordinate engaging learning materials to support associate training across the Consumer Division. This role emphasizes creativity and technical expertise, with a strong commitment to delivering impactful service, sales and procedural training.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of: Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Best practices in adult learning methodologies to continuously enhance training curriculum
  • Online learning tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Snagit)
  • Ability to: Work independently and make decisions.
  • Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures.
  • Requires 3 or more years in the financial service, training or education industry.
  • Associate’s degree or higher is preferred in a Business or Education field.
  • Experience in training content development and instructional design.

Responsibilities

  • Create a well-rounded curriculum for Retail Branches, Customer Care and Digital Relationship Banking teams.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Training Specialist to develop curriculum into Workday self-guided training as well as enhance live Teams trainings.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Guide the effective roll out of new curriculum as well as new initiatives within Consumer.
