About The Position

Are you passionate about fishing, the outdoors, and creating great customer experiences? As a Consumer Service Intern, you’ll engage directly with consumers through chat, email, phone, and social media—assisting with orders, resolving issues, and sharing product knowledge to strengthen our brands. This internship is a launchpad for your career in the fishing and outdoor industry, offering hands-on experience in consumer engagement and brand support while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to help shape the future of Pure Fishing. You’ll work in a dynamic, customer-focused team that interacts across departments, including marketing and sales. You’ll assist with inquiries, warranty and return requests, and order entry—all while helping shape how the world experiences our brands. Every interaction you have with consumers will be a chance to build loyalty, share enthusiasm, and make someone’s day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate preferred.
  • Interest in pursuing a professional career in the fishing or outdoor industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • A commitment to learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work part-time hours during weekdays; flexibility is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on angling experience and a genuine passion for the fishing lifestyle.
  • Organized, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and providing positive, solution-oriented service.
  • Comfortable with data entry and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or social media engagement.
