The Consumer and Small Business Loan Onboarding-Funding Specialist is responsible for the proper booking and funding of all types of Consumer loans.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of mathematics.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- 3+ years loan operations funding experience including consumer, small business transactions.
- 3+ years professional/business experience in financial services, or banking industry.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with loan software such as AccuSystems, PayPlus, nCino, iLien, Bancline is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review, fund and book all consumer and small business loans to the loan accounting system.
- Process loan advances, loan payments and rate changes.
- Updates and maintains loan transactions to the loan accounting system.
- Determine loan funding eligibility from review of the loan documents.
- Update loan record data after funding process.
