About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Loan Specialist with experience in consumer loan processing, title processing, lien releases, and payoff processing. This role involves administrative duties such as handling member correspondence, managing files, and processing daily cash proposals for accounting. This position is focused on back-office operations rather than direct member interaction.

Requirements

• Experience in consumer lending.
• Proficiency in clerical tasks and data entry.
• Ability to use Correlation software and Excel.
• Must pass a soft credit check.
• Experience in consumer loan processing, not mortgage experience.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer loans and manage title processing and lien releases.
• Prepare and process consumer loan payoff quotes and handle payoff processing.
• Manage clerical duties including member correspondence and filing.
• Utilize the Correlation software and perform data entry using Excel.
