Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people.
• Above average accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be bondable.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably have previous experience with loan document or lending workflows

Responsibilities

• Gather and provide information to complete post-closing requirements.
• Work with Member Service Representative staff to finalize collateralized loans, liens on titled collateral, filing UCCs, and securing documents for scanning.
• Prepare lien releases and lien guarantees for members/insurance companies and dealerships.
• Follows up on CUNA disability and life claims, GAP, collateral protection insurance, and other programs
