About The Position

Generate and administer a high-quality Consumer Loan Portfolio consistent with established lending policies. specializing in real estate lending for in-house or portfolio loans. You will also be responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing loans that remain in house. This role involves working closely with clients to develop tailored lending solutions, emphasizing long-term relationship management and risk assessment that aligns with the Stockman's lending strategy.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• 4 years business related college degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years consumer underwriting and lending experience.
• Strong credit analysis and decision-making skills.
• Strong time-management skills with ability to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lending/underwriting experience.
• Previous Bank and/or sales experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate with community organizations and community projects.
