Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer
- Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including but not limited to RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
- Knowledge of loan processing/collection software required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
- Obtain and develop Consumer/Real Estate loan portfolio
- Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework
