Under the supervision of the Direct Lending Operations Team Lead, responsible for executing SCU’s member engagement model to inform and educate members on consumer lending products and services offered by SCU. Maintains a deep knowledge of SCU’s lending products and services and displays the ability to determine how these services can enhance and broaden a member’s financial picture. Responsible for final processing, funding, and completion of a variety of consumer loans, credit cards, and centralized lending related functions. Requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members via telephone, email, and video (i.e. Skype) and chat. Consumer Loan Direct Processor will represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
