Responsible for loan administration, loan accounting, content management, credit support, and other office administration work on a daily basis. Administers simple to moderately complex mortgage loan pipelines and effectively and efficiently responds to customer service inquiries on a routine basis. Supports business development efforts by providing excellent, thorough, and knowledgeable customer service as a first line of customer contact via face-to-face interactions and/or telephone conversations. Facilitates communication with external parties and internal departments involved in the customer and loan relationship.
