Our Consumer Insights teamis offeringstudents hands-on, real-world experience within the company over a 10-12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Customer Insights, CPG and Food Production. What can you expect from a Perdue summer internship? Overtime may be available.

Requirements

  • This position is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology Data Analytics or related majors preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools and software
  • Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Must be able to work independently or in teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior, culture, and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research studies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, trend scans)
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret consumer data to identify insights and opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and cultural shifts relevant to our brands and categories
  • Support preparation of presentations and dashboards that communicate insights to cross-functional teams
  • Help manage vendors and research partners on ad hoc projects
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product, brand, and communication ideas
