Requirements

  • Two years post high school technical education or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated high level analytical skills including the ability to interpret data and present conclusions in a graphical format.
  • Demonstrated strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize the marketing dynamics of the grocery industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organization ability including attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability.
  • Initiative to work independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use custom computer programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize Co-Pilot/AI LLM to enhance productivity

Responsibilities

  • Manages research across multiple DIY research platforms, including research study design, survey writing, data analysis and reporting.
  • Annual trends & foresight support: as part of a small team, provide support in building the annual trends deck.      Includes: building meeting agendas, scheduling meetings, gathering and organizing feedback, and working with external partners.
  • Meeting management: Manages Consumer Insights, Innovation and full team recurring meetings – includes building the meeting agendas, coordinate content and training topics, scheduling meetings and running the meetings.
  • Manages the Inspired Insight panel – includes promoting participation and maintaining data for internal research panel as well as managing research projects as directed by Consumer Insights team.
  • Special projects: work on special projects for the Brand Fuel team as they arise.
  • Some travel may be involved.
