As the Consumer Insights & Engagement Intern, you will partner with the Marketing team to unlock meaningful insights about key customer groups and develop engagement strategies to drive brand growth and loyalty. Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Manager, you'll gain end-to-end visibility into the marketing process at Kendra Scott - from transforming data points into actionable insights to building emails and text messages that bring those insights to life. You'll collaborate across teams, working closely with others in Brand, Creative, e-Commerce, Business Intelligence, and IT. This internship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to flex your curiosity and creativity while exploring the art and science of marketing.
