The Consumer Engagement Manager is responsible for placing consumers at the center of the business by developing a deep understanding of their behaviors, attitudes, needs, and motivations. This role identifies key problems to solve, grounded in target audience understanding, to design and execute impactful, relevant, and intuitive experiences that improve people's lives. Working closely with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the manager will embed a strong consumer mindset across the organization and build sustainable capabilities by owning execution. The role spans the Nordics, collaborating with local teams to deliver experiences aligned with the overall Nordic strategy, driving consumer activation, and delivering scalable "start and stay" customer experience initiatives to support new patients throughout their journey.
