About The Position

As the Consumer Dispute Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. What makes us different? Requirements

  • Familiar with Microsoft programs including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong Organizational Skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task within several programs and during phone conversations
  • Professional communication with clients via e-mail and phone
  • Coordinating requests, internal updates/data entry updates efficiently and accurately
  • Works well as a member of the team and independently
  • Ability to identify and bring forth issues and concerns
  • Must be able to perform in a high-energy environment

Nice To Haves

  • Rental Housing contract review a plus
  • One year of general office experience

Responsibilities

  • Review, research, and respond to consumer disputes and complaints accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate with clients regarding dispute resolution or documentation requests via email and telephone.
  • Batch additional documents and disputes to appropriate files
  • Process all written disputes, including but not limited to identity theft claims received from the consumer or their representative via electronic, EOSCAR, FAX, mail, and email.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required or assigned
  • Picking up daily mail from the post office
  • Opening, prepping, and scanning mail
  • Processing Outbound Mail through various postal equipment, including mail inserts.
  • Including utilizing postage meters and computer systems
  • Print and mail Client Services acknowledgments and misc. mail
  • Responsible for accepting hand-delivered mail or papers and ensuring they are scanned and forwarded to the correct department
