About The Position

Performs various functions related to loan documentation management, including sorting, filing and quality control and procedure writing the person filling this position will adhere to service levels, quality goals, and department procedures. The position will provide quality customer service while continually practicing the essentials of the Key Values.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • I prefer a college degree.
  • Intermediate PC skills and ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge with respect to consumer & commercial files
  • Able to read and interpret legal documents.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Good problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work within a team structure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Consumer & Commercial loan documentation.
  • Proven success in providing consistent high-quality service through efficient, effective, and consistent delivery.
  • Working understanding of systems including ALS, MSP, OBS, ACAPS, CLS, LIQ, Microsoft Team, Mainframe and KeyView Deluxe (KVD).

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze consumer & Commercial documents, making determinations for proper handling.
  • Ability to stand for elongated periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Ability to accurately file with no errors
  • Ability to lift and file loan documentation.
  • Diminishes risk to corporation by ensuring regulatory and policy compliant documentation.
  • Supports sales team efforts by providing world class service in the consumer loan process.
  • Establish a good working relationship with internal & external customers, LOBs, and the Consumer & Commercial loan departments.
  • Answers various documentation and file questions.
  • Effective utilization of dual monitor environment. (possible)
  • Effective use of on-line queues to ensure timely processing of tasks.
  • Support of virtual team environment.
  • Cross-site partnering.
  • Best practice sharing.
  • Keen eye for detail while filing loan documentation and files.
  • Work to completion to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Line of Business (LOB).
