This role involves working with the Banking Center Manager to implement and lead sales tactics and strategies for the banking center, aiming to drive sales productivity and grow market share for deposits and loans. Key responsibilities include providing balanced feedback through monthly coaching sessions, assisting new and existing customers with electronic banking products via kiosks, deepening client relationships through cross-selling and partner referrals, and providing support on the teller line during peak times. The manager will also oversee all operational aspects of the banking center, ensuring successful results on the operational scorecard and timely resolution of deposit and loan exceptions.
