About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Consumer Care Specialist to join our eCommerce team. This role is based in our distribution center and supports the sales order process by providing exceptional service to our customers primarily via email. Once fully trained, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Training will be conducted in-office for approximately 4–6 weeks, with potential for earlier hybrid transition based on performance.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distribution center environment
  • Prior experience in customer support or eCommerce preferred
  • Familiarity with order management systems and inventory tracking tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing product knowledge, item numbers, tracking details, and website navigation support
  • Assist with billing and invoicing procedures
  • Track shipments and inventory
  • Provide price quotes and order status updates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote relevant products when appropriate
