We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Consumer Care Specialist to join our eCommerce team. This role is based in our distribution center and supports the sales order process by providing exceptional service to our customers primarily via email. Once fully trained, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Training will be conducted in-office for approximately 4–6 weeks, with potential for earlier hybrid transition based on performance.
