Summary Responsible for establishing goals, standards, implementing plans, and providing resources in order to drive profitability; responsible for employee recruiting, development, staffing, motivation and recognition; meets/exceeds client expectations and drives profitable business growth by delivering client results, recommending and implementing program improvements and following client policies; designs and utilizes ongoing quality assurance methods to improve team member performance and assure ongoing quality; manages an assigned base of accounts/businesses; communicates with client liaison, management staff and other identified contacts

Requirements

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar concept
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and virtual communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration, team building and facilitation/training skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open, and honest
  • Ability to tackle complex issues and develop innovative and practical solutions
  • Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
  • Associates degree from accredited college or university required, with major course work in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 2 years operations, sales, customer service, business administration, or healthcare required, based on assigned area of assignment
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
  • Remote or in-office work is based on location assigned
  • Based on assigned client and sites domestic and/or international travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Routinely analyzes business results using Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to identify performance against plan.
  • Identifies and cultivates revenue/profit growth opportunities with the client by developing a solid understanding of client strategy and role or potential role of program team in delivering value in fulfilling that strategy.
  • Identifies and implements best practice efficiencies to accelerate achievement of established business unit profit goals Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships
  • Translates client expectations and goals to program team and define appropriate standards of
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations and driving profitable business growth by delivering client results, recommending and implementing program improvements and following client policies, performance, individual goals and KPI's
  • Responsible for proactively identifying ways to drive program effectiveness and efficiency, reviewing recommendations with management staff and client, implementing mutually agreed upon improvements Prepare quotes and customer correspondences
  • Exercises exceptional sales and customer service skills, developing strategy for achieving account specific goals, call strategy/frequency, presenting offers, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, managing promotional funds where applicable, and profiling / documenting the events in appropriate system
  • Coach, develop, and mentor subordinates to achieve quality performance while continuing to develop personal management skill necessary to lead staff and handle unique management challenges Prioritize and identify more critical and less critical activities and tasks; adjusts priorities when appropriate
  • Ensure that employee training is effectively conducted for all positions throughout assigned area of responsibility
  • Works with client liaison, management staff and program team to develop strategies and plans with business unit goals and SMART objectives based on established schedule in order to deliver and/or exceed client expectations
