As a Consulting Technical Manager, you’ll lead discovery, design, and delivery of NetSuite improvements for customers across the General Business industry, with a focus on Nonprofit, Healthcare, and Financial Services. You’ll collaborate with technical specialists and cross-functional teams, guide stakeholders through change, and build strong, lasting relationships. This is an Individual Contributor role with meaningful leadership influence and a clear path for growth. Responsibilities

Discover and design: Facilitate workshops with business and finance stakeholders to understand objectives, identify value gaps, and define prioritized roadmaps.
Deliver outcomes: Configure NetSuite Financials and related modules, define functional requirements for integrations/automation, and guide testing and change management.
Architect solutions: Shape practical, scalable solutions that may include configuration, extensions, and integrations—partnering closely with our Technical Services team.
Ensure quality: Review deliverables, validate controls/roles and permissions, and support audit-ready, sustainable solutions.
Advise and communicate: Translate complex topics into clear recommendations; build trusted relationships from project teams to executive sponsors.
Collaborate and grow: Work with ACS colleagues (e.g., Technical Services, Commerce, POS, OpenAir, Support) and continually expand your product/industry expertise.
