About The Position

Creativity. Innovation. A desire to effect positive change. That’s what it takes to work at Fuss & O’Neill – because that’s what we do for the communities in which we work: we create, innovate, and design long-lasting improvements that improve quality of life. Quality of life is also important on the job, so we’ve prioritized work-life balance by offering flexible/remote work opportunities, part-time benefits, and generous PTO. We believe that each day is an opportunity to support one another, to support our clients, and to support our communities. If you feel the same, then you’ve found your future. Fuss & O’Neill is seeking a Consulting Representative – Construction Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of design/build construction projects from early concept through final completion. This role is central to successful project execution, serving as the key point of coordination across technical disciplines, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining strict control of scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance. This position supports a wide range of project types, including petroleum storage tank replacements, boiler and mechanical system upgrades, dam repairs and stream restorations, environmental remediation, site and infrastructure construction, and other general construction initiatives. The work is varied, technically engaging, and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, practical construction and technical knowledge, and a detail-oriented approach to delivery. Success in this role requires proactive communication, effective field and stakeholder coordination, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week. We're committed to supporting work-life balance while maintaining strong team connection and project delivery.
