This role is pivotal in expanding ERM’s influence in the AI infrastructure space, particularly within the Power and Oil & Gas sectors. What Your Impact Is Lead strategic engagements with top-tier AI and data center clients across the U.S. and Canada. Drive sustainability and performance across the full facility lifecycle—from site selection to operations. Deliver measurable business value by integrating environmental, social, health, and cultural considerations into project planning. Influence ERM’s growth trajectory through thought leadership, innovation, and client success. What You'll Bring Required BS/MS in environmental planning, science, biology, engineering, or a related field. Proven leadership in management consulting with 15+ years of experience, including substantial work with AI infrastructure and data center clients. A strong track record of multi-million-dollar annual sales and program delivery. Deep industry knowledge and existing relationships that can be leveraged for growth. Strategic business acumen and the ability to identify enterprise-wide solutions for complex client challenges. Preferred Experience working across the Power and Oil & Gas sectors. Familiarity with permitting, stakeholder engagement, and lifecycle sustainability strategies. A visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate market shifts and client needs. Collaborate with regional service and industry leaders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Build and expand client relationships through strategic consulting and high-impact delivery. Prioritize and pursue high-potential opportunities aligned with ERM’s growth goals. Champion innovation and thought leadership to differentiate ERM in the market. Contribute to ERM’s strategic direction and enjoy meaningful equity ownership as part of our partnership model.
