The expected pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Bringing deep expertise in workforce time management, the Consulting Manager for Workday Time Tracking & Absence will lead teams in delivering complex, high-impact implementations and system optimizations. This role requires functional mastery of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, strong project leadership, and the ability to manage both client relationships and cross-functional consulting teams. The ideal candidate excels at translating operational, compliance, and workforce scheduling requirements into scalable, best-practice Workday configurations. You will oversee full-cycle solution delivery—from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring clients optimize compliance, workforce productivity, and employee experience. In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to lead transformation initiatives, manage project portfolios, and ensure successful adoption. Your leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on experience with Workday Time and Absence solutions will enable organizations to effectively manage time tracking, leave policies, and labor compliance, while maximizing the return on their Workday investment.
