The role focuses on coordination, reporting, and collaboration across clients, operations, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of café openings, remodels, and renovations.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing project support for assigned openings and renovations
Prepare and maintain project reporting, timelines, and status updates
Collaborate closely with clients and operations teams on programming and execution
Partner with contractors and vendors to support remodel and renovation efforts
Work with the internal Envision team on design, planning, and execution of café updates
Support issue resolution and ensure projects stay aligned with scope and expectations
