About The Position

The position is responsible for managing the company's finances, including
analysis of data, financial planning, management of financial risks,
record-keeping, preparation of disclosure of financial reporting, and internal
controls. Acts as catalyst to stimulate and execute changes in the financial
profile and/or functions of the company by implementing initiatives, policies,
and procedures that lead to business growth and improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong presentation skills required to present financial results to management and the ability to influence others.
• Proven ability, track record and experience to effectively lead group in a complex global environment for a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reliable financial reporting for entire corporation in compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Create and deliver timely financial analysis and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities.
• Identify key risks and opportunities for improvement of financial performance.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives, driving excellence in translation of strategy into operating model, organization design, risk management, communication, culture and talent retention and development.
• Collaborate closely with CEO, CFO, Board of Directors and other Executive Committee members to achieve functional and whole company strategic objectives.
