Responsibilities also include conducting screening discussions to assess candidate qualifications, maintaining ongoing engagement with passive talent for future hiring needs, keeping accurate candidate records, and analyzing recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement. Staying current on recruitment trends and best practices is essential to share valuable knowledge with the team and contribute to an effective, inclusive talent acquisition strategy.
