About The Position

Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner, have recognized our business value and leadership. We are seeking an Onshore Consultant with strong Life Sciences domain expertise to work closely with client stakeholders, translate business requirements into actionable project plans, and partner with offshore teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in Oncology and/or Life Sciences domain.
- Strong requirement-gathering and client-facing consulting skills
- Hands-on experience with basic SQL and data analysis
- Proven experience working with offshore delivery teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in global delivery models
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, reporting tools, or data ecosystems in Life Sciences
Responsibilities
- Engage with client teams to gather, analyze, and document business and analytical requirements
- Translate client requirements into clear specifications for offshore delivery teams
- Act as the primary onshore point of contact for project coordination and execution
- Manage projects, conduct client presentations, and provide regular status updates
- Write basic SQL queries to extract data and perform data analysis to support business insights
- Convert client's requests into well-defined project requirements and solution approaches
- Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Understand Tiger’s capabilities and proactively discuss relevant solutions with clients
