About The Position

As a Consultant at Guidehouse, you will play a critical role in supporting project teams and client engagements by capturing, synthesizing, and managing key information in real time. You will ensure that all discussions, decisions, and action items are accurately documented, enabling effective follow-up, compliance, and knowledge transfer across both internal and client-facing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum ONE (1) year of experience in consulting, project coordination, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Proficiency with digital documentation and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).

Responsibilities

  • Accurately document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items during client and internal meetings, workshops, and project sessions.
  • Synthesize complex conversations into clear, actionable notes and distribute them promptly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize official records, ensuring all documentation aligns with Guidehouse standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and client teams to clarify information and anticipate documentation needs.
  • Support the preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all relevant privacy, legal, and client-specific requirements.
  • Leverage digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint) to manage and share documentation efficiently.
  • Participate in training and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of documentation and client service.
