About The Position

The Center for Advanced ENT Care, Siegel, Bosworth and Sorensen Division is a rapidly expanding otolaryngology practice. We are a full service ENT office with a focus on in-office procedures. We use state of the art technology and take pride in ensuring that we provide patients with the best possible care. We are looking for someone to join our team of highly motivated clinicians and support staff. Many Pre-Med/Pre-PA students looking for medical assistant experience have gained valuable knowledge in this position at our practice prior to entering medical school or physician assistant school. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, outgoing, team player with a patient-centered attitude. Experience in using electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus. Please include the name of the EMR systems you have worked with in your resume. Other Requirements: Must have graduated college and are taking a one to two gap year. Able to work full time.

Requirements

Knowledge of health care field and medical office protocols/procedures.
Knowledge of specific assisting tasks related to particular medical practice.
Knowledge of information that must be conveyed to patients and families.
Skill in performing medical assistance tasks appropriately.
