About The Position

The Relocation Management Consultant serves as the navigator and owner of the relocation process for his/her domestic/international assignees. You will provide subject matter expertise in relation to all assignment related issues. Your responsibilities may include administration of client’s relocation policy/program, delivering expatriate compensated related services, counseling on best utilization of resources (i.e. language and cross-cultural); coordinating the shipment of household goods, destination services, expense management, etc. while ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through impeccable customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years related business experience in customer service or relocation field
  • Strong, demonstrated, well-developed customer service skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and process skills
  • High level of accuracy and process orientation required
  • Proven experience at project management and portfolio management required
  • Computer literacy in MS Office required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide single point of coordination for all phases of international assignment activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement.
  • Provide impeccable customer service to assignee and his/her family.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of Cartus’s core products and services to assigned customers according to prescribed Cartus and client standards; manage vendors as dictated by client policy
  • Counsel client contacts as to the best utilization on international or domestic assignment program benefits
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus’s products and services in all interactions with client and customer
  • Counsel client on compensation and tax benefits (i.e. COLA, housing allowance, hypothetical tax, and tax policy); partner closely with Compensation team to insure seamless service delivery
  • Demonstrate knowledge/expertise in ongoing administration of expatriate compensation elements; maintain compensation update requirements as scheduled
  • Proactively seek opportunities to resolve unique client concerns and needs; identify opportunities for enhancement to current client processes
  • Ensure data integrity in all Cartus systems
  • Maintain compliance with Cartus’s corporate policies, programs and standards
  • Work with Account Managers/Directors to continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their business, goals, strategies, and challenges and to propose effective solutions to meet them
  • Participate in client meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items as requested
  • Assist File Set Up in the resolution of stuck files
