About The Position

The Role We are seeking a motivated associate who is customer-centric and enjoys working with teams to deliver outstanding products and services related to Retirement . This role requires a high level of leadership and partnership across Fidelity. Responsibilities of the job will include the following: Leads, influences, and motivates colleagues without formal authority Owns several initiatives at once and able to work independently to complete tasks in high-quality, timely manner. Persistent in the face of opposition and maintains a positive, can do demeanor. Leads and identities strategy, product/service roadmap, and other key initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive product adoption Synthesizes complex data from multiple, disparate sources and present analysis, relevant insights and themes in a simple/clear way. Actively participates in defining requirements and expectations to help inform product strategy and roadmap Possesses business knowledge and general knowledge of the financial services industry plus familiarity with Retirement products/services strongly preferred. Demonstrates an ability to quickly learn retirement regulations and translate them into client-friendly experiences that are both compliant and easy to understand. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience and possesses good financial services experience.
  • Embraces working within a team of associates with a diverse skills, including working directly with a Development Team, Marketing Team, Distribution/Sales Team, 3rd Parties, Legal Team, and other business partners
  • Thinks beyond traditional financial services to drive outstanding experiences for our clients
  • Shown experience in product management, project management, business analysis, data/systems analysis, and process improvement
  • Business insight and analytical abilities that allows you to make decisions and define work based on data and client trends
  • General understanding of financial services and voice of the customer
  • Works and acts independently, multi-tasks, influences others, and maintains a positive can-do demeanor
  • Strong client service, collaboration, communications, organization, and presentation abilities
  • Possesses strong skills in JIRA, Mural, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is a plus.
  • FINRA Licensing (Series 7, Series 63/66, Series 24, Series 9/10) is a plus but not a requirement
  • Solid business knowledge and general knowledge of the financial services industry plus familiarity with Retirement products/services
