About The Position

The Consultant Liaison serves as the primary connection between Listen Technologies and the audio-visual consultant and architectural community. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with key consultants and specifiers to drive product specifications and expand Listen Technologies’ global market presence. This is a customer-facing role that blends technical expertise, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in the audio-visual industry
  • Experience working with consultants, specification sales, or technical business development preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Proven relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable with travel and in-person engagement

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audio-visual consultants and architectural customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to influence current and future project specifications
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, assisting consultants with solution selection and specifications
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Listen Technologies’ assistive listening and communication solutions
  • Conduct regular outreach via email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
  • Deliver presentations on Listen Technologies’ brand, products, and applications
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to share consultant feedback and influence product roadmap decisions
  • Coordinate consultant engagement with Regional Sales Managers, manufacturer representatives, and distributors
  • Participate in trade shows, regional events, and industry meetings
  • Track consultant activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and product updates
