About The Position

The Consultant Liaison serves as the primary connection between Listen Technologies and the audio-visual consultant and architectural community. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with key consultants and specifiers to drive product specifications and expand Listen Technologies’ global market presence. This is a customer-facing role that blends technical expertise, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in the audio-visual industry
Experience working with consultants, specification sales, or technical business development preferred
Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Proven relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
Comfortable with travel and in-person engagement

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for audio-visual consultants and architectural customers
Build and maintain strong relationships to influence current and future project specifications
Act as a trusted technical advisor, assisting consultants with solution selection and specifications
Maintain deep knowledge of Listen Technologies’ assistive listening and communication solutions
Conduct regular outreach via email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
Deliver presentations on Listen Technologies’ brand, products, and applications
Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to share consultant feedback and influence product roadmap decisions
Coordinate consultant engagement with Regional Sales Managers, manufacturer representatives, and distributors
Participate in trade shows, regional events, and industry meetings
Track consultant activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM
Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and product updates
